I too was conned by Mr Roy from Erawan Lapidary. They got me for over $10,000.00 Australian Dollars for jewellery which I have since had valued at $5100.00 Australian Dollars. I am following your advise and have rang twice now to speak to
Mr Sinrat. I have to try again in ten minutes. I am hoping I can mail the jewellery back as I can not go back to Bangkok due to work etc. Do you think it’s a good idea to post it over if this is what they suggest? Your advice is appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about it.
However, I read somewhere in the internet and also at DIT,Bangkok buletin board, that Mr.Sinrat can help to get the re-fund on behalf of the ‘victim’. You will have to post the Jewelry together with all the documentations to DIT,Bangkok.
It is good if you have been able to speak to Mr.Sinrat about this matter. You can ask for his assistant Mr.POM, if Mr.Sinrat is not available. I would suggest you to write an email after speaking to them on the phone to confirm on the things u discuss. At least you have a black & white, just incase anything appear later. Make them confirm the mailing address for the Jewelry and how they will return the money back to you. Don’t forget to make a copy of all the documentations and the jewelry mailing receipt.
The feedback on the DIT buletin board was good. I believe Mr.Sinrat will help you on this.

Answer: You can print any info in the internet with the name of the shop involved. Any printed document with the shop name will do…if you we scammed by Erawan Lapidary (for easier option), you can print one of my post from ‘blue sapphire I,II or III’….i did bring few articles & reports which were taken from the internet to DIT as my prove last time.
